All items must be removed- Items include Exercise machine- disassembled (assembly parts included), disassembled dining room table and chairs, pickaxe, bolt cutter, sledgehammer, trimmers, pitchfork, axe, an edger, smaller house and yard tools & two sizes of fence stakes, some hunting/ice fishing gloves & gear, machete with saw edge, filleting set, bread maker, bulk baking supplies, mugs, kitchen supplies and items, large shipping box of Maxwell House coffee & a loose case of K-cups, new household cleaning & packing supplies, new toiletries soaps, shampoos, black plastic shelving units, white folding table, men's winter clothes, blankets and linens, new sets of bar towels and laundry care items, 2 + full bins of brand-new craft wooden plaques, 3 small boxes of books, several thousand dollars' worth of new craft dollhouse kits, bulk TP and paper towel packs, rolls of weed-blocker landscaping material, chicken-wire fencing, fans, bins of extra tool- and dollhouse-related items, plastic bins
PAYMENT- US Funds. Valid Visa/MC, AMEX, Discover card required to register. Payment of cash, check, and wire transfer accepted with pre approval form Gregg Auctions LLC. 13.5% buyers’ premium for credit card purchases. 10% buyers’ premium or cash, check. Wire transfer add $15 for U.S. transfers, $25 for international. Maine sales tax of 5.5% applies to all items. After auction is complete credit card used at check-in will be charged complete balance due unless pre approval payments have been made.
PICK-UP/REMOVAL-Winning bidders is responsible for removing all items. All items must be removed by November 22. Loading of items is the responsibility of the buyer, Gregg Auctions LLC its representatives, employees or the seller will not be held responsible for any damages to items or persons.

ONLINE CLOSING- Units will close Thursday November 16 at 2pm. If a bid is received in the last minute prior to its closing than the sale will be extended for 1 minute.
BIDDING- Gregg Auctions LLC provides internet bidding as a service to Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Gregg Auctions LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the auction. Gregg Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to accept or refuse all bids.
LOTING- Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Lot numbers and sale order may change.
WARRANTIES/VALUE- All property is sold as is where is. Gregg Auctions LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. In no event shall Gregg Auctions LLC its representatives, employees or the seller be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
INVOICES & EMAILS- After auction is complete invoices will be emailed out to winning bidders. CHECK EMAIL JUNK & SPAM folders along with your inbox folder for invoices. Invoices will have information as to pick up times and locations. Email greggauctions@gmail.com you believe you are the winning bidder of an item and have not received an invoice via email after 24 hours from the end of the auction.
CONTRACT BREACH- By registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth. Declined credit cards and/charge backs on credit cards is a breach of this contract and may result in legal action with buyer/credit card holder responsible for all attorney’s fees.
MAINE LAW- Registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth and Maine Auction Law, Title II, Sections 2-328 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Statute of Frauds. This auction is under the jurisdiction of the State of Maine Department of Professional and Financial Regulations, Board of Licensure of Auctioneers, 35 State House Stations, Augusta, Maine, 04330.
