PIHS Class of 2024 Project Graduation Fundraiser
Project Graduation provides graduating seniors with a fun, safe place to celebrate together as high school students. This chem-free party is for graduating seniors and will be held at Presque Isle High School.
PAYMENT- US Funds, cash checks, credit cards. Payments can be made directly to Presque Isle High School. Credit card payments can be made through our Gregg Auctions website by clicking the pay invoice button on the top of your invoice. To view invoices login to your account then click account->invoices. Payment will be accepted during auction pick-up.
PICK-UP - Saturday, March 23, 2024 between the hours of 9am-1pm

ONLINE CLOSING- 1st lot will close on MARCH 21, 2024 at 7pm with the next lot closing 20 seconds later, then the next lot 20 seconds after that and so on. If a lot receives a bid in the last minute prior to its closing than that lot will be extended for 1 minute and not affect the closing of other lots unless they are linked. Linked lots are lots that are similar if any linked lot receives a bid in the last minute than all lots linked with that lot will be extended 1 minute. Items with a quantity greater than one are times the money (bid x quantity=price).

CONTRACT BREACH- By registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth. Declined credit cards and/charge backs on credit cards is a breach of this contract and may result in legal action with buyer/credit card holder responsible for all attorney’s fees.
MAINE LAW- Registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth and Maine Auction Law, Title II, Sections 2-328 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Statute of Frauds. This auction is under the jurisdiction of the State of Maine Department of Professional and Financial Regulations, Board of Licensure of Auctioneers, 35 State House Stations, Augusta, Maine, 04330.
